拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)位移系統(tǒng)故障的處理

*、首先檢查拉力機(jī)位移傳感器。由于拉力機(jī)位移系統(tǒng)采用的是三閉環(huán)控制方式；所以應(yīng)該先斷開(kāi)位移系統(tǒng)中的回路，使其成為開(kāi)環(huán)系統(tǒng)。然后測(cè)量位移傳感器的反饋值，重復(fù)幾次以后，測(cè)量到的傳感器反饋數(shù)據(jù)為一個(gè)線性變化的直線，判定傳感器是否正常。

第二、接著檢查放大器單元。如果位移傳感器沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)檢查拉力機(jī)放大器單元，正常的放大器單元的輸出信號(hào)應(yīng)該成線性變化趨勢(shì)。

第三、如果不是上述原因引起的故障，則應(yīng)檢查電腦軟件設(shè)定是否正確；或者重新標(biāo)定和校正位移系統(tǒng)。
